Registration for the Spring League 2009 is now OPEN. If you fill out the form, you will be placed on a queue and may be placed on a team. Please fill out this form if you would like to play in Spring League 2009.

• To register for the 2009 Miami Spring League, please fill out this form.
• Each team will designate a captain at the first game.
• (1) The registration fee is $50 due by PayPal prior to the deadline (Mar. 6th). It's first come first serve. There are only 160 spots available.

(1) Fee

How your entry fee is used:
Field costs, t-shirts, advertising and insurance, awards, end of season party

(2) Phone

Fill in the phone number where you can most likely be reached.

(3) Ranking

Players new to ultimate: please try to rank yourself according to the following standard:

1 - Rookie

I do not play physically demanding sports and I am looking to get in shape... after I finish this beer.

2 - Athletic Rookie

I have not played ultimate but I am a good athlete/in shape. How hard can "frisbee" be?

3 - Pick-up

I play pick-up but I have little or no tournament experience.

4 - Advanced

I play occasionally/often in tournaments at the college, Masters, or club level. I believe I am automatic for any distance, but others claim my throws occasionally sail out of bounds.

5 - Veteran

I regularly play for advanced club teams (such as Florida) or I am one of the better Masters or women players. I have hands of gold but make cheesy foul calls just in case.

(4) Buddy

You may list a significant other or friend to play on your team. Note that the buddy system must be reciprocal. You will only be guaranteed to be placed on the same team if your buddy also completes the form with your name.
