Registration for the Spring League 2008 is now closed. If you fill out the form, you will be placed on a queue and may be placed on a team. DO NOT fill out this form. It is still in the testing stages.

• To register for the 2008 Miami Spring League, please fill out this form.
• Each team will designate a captain at the first game.
• (1) The registration fee is $35 due at the first game or you can pay using PayPal.

(3) Ranking

Players new to ultimate: please try to rank yourself according to the following standard:

1 - Rookie

I do not play physically demanding sports and I am looking to get in shape... after I finish this beer.

2 - Rookie

I have not played ultimate but I am a good athlete/in shape. How hard can "frisbee" be?

3 - Pick-up

I play pick-up but I have little or no tournament experience.

4 - Advanced

I play occasionally/often in tournaments at the college, Masters, or club level. I believe I am automatic for any distance, but others claim my throws occasionally sail out of bounds.

5 - Veteran

I regularly play for advanced club teams (such as Florida) or I am one of the better Masters or women players. I have hands of gold but make cheesy foul calls just in case.

(4) Buddy

You may list a significant other or friend to play on your team. Note that the buddy system must be reciprocal. You will only be guaranteed to be placed on the same team if your buddy also completes the form with your name.
