| MSL Specific Rules |
- 3 time outs per game, max 2 per half, to be used at any time before the cap. No time-outs are allowed after the cap.
- Games to 15. Teams must win by 2 if the game is within the time cap. At time cap the game is over, unless the game is tied. In that case, the next point wins.
- All games are 1 hour and 50 minutes.
- Here is the listing of game times and time caps:
* Sunday start times: 12:00noon and 2:00pm
* Sunday capped times: 1:50pm and 3:50pm
- The minimum number of women on the line is 2. (Captains are encouraged to make sure at least 2 of their women show up for each game.) If a team can not field the required 2 women, they must play with 5 men and 1 woman. If a team fails to field any women by the start of the game, and the other team has at least 1 woman at the game, then the first team forfeits. If both teams fail to field any women by the start of the game, both teams forfeit. In the event of a forfeit, the teams may scrimmage.
- Offense can decide if more than 2 women play and the defense must match, up to the number of women the defense has at the game.

| General Ultimate Rules |
- Spring league will incorporate the 10th edition and Callahan rules. The brick mark is 10 yards.
- Please be aware of some key changes 10th edition rules:
- Retrieving the brick does not require the defense to call it in. Offense only needs to tap the disc to the ground to begin play. There is no stoppage of play when putting the pull into play. If the disc is put into play at some point other than where possession was gained (e.g., if the disc was out-of-bounds or a brick/middle was called), then the thrower signifies the start of play by touching the disc to the ground after establishing a pivot at the spot on the playing field where the disc will be put into play.
- No play on after a strip call, even if not contested.
- Fouls away from the play stop play but do not affect the outcome.
- Defensive Player who touches a disc out-of-bounds does not affect where the disc went out.
- Tipped pass caught by the thrower in the end zone is a goal.
- Callahan goal. A pass caught by a defender in the end-zone of the offense is a score
